Yes. Assuming that you get permission and insurance and make your own risk assessment, but we recommended using inflatable pools as it is usually easier to operate and therefore more profitable. Also less staff needed, balls are less likely to get damaged, much safer as water is shallow, etc.

The balls will be on safety ropes and operators will constantly supervise there. So if there are any abnormal conditions, the operator can quickly identify it and get the rider out. If the balls are in an inflatable pool the water will only be 30cm deep anyway.

No, if you have a puncture in a ball you will almost certainly just get slightly wet and in fact will probably find it difficult to locate the hole.
